To say these past few months have been challenging for everyone both personally and professionally is an understatement. Hopefully we can all start to see a more positive period ahead of us as things settle down and the ‘lockdown’ measures are relaxed.
Here at GorillaHub, it’s been business as usual. As a fully distributed company we already operate with the processes, technology and tools that many of our competitors are rushing to adopt.
During this period we have been working closely with a number of clients (new & existing) helping them to reshape the digital elements of their business in terms of either bringing new products or services to the marketplace or implementing changes in working practices that ensure their staff and customers are safe.
We’ve also seen several clients take the opportunity to accelerate their 2020 strategic plans by using the time given back from not running a full BAU operation, which is a very positive sign.
Looking deeper at our clients’ needs
As part of implementing our 2020 strategy, we identified a clear difference in the requirements between larger organisations and our small business website clients. We remain as one company with a clear focus on delivering a high standard of service to all our clients however, with immediate effect we will deliver them in slightly different ways and are implementing a new look to GorillaHub in terms of how we deliver services to our wide range of clients and their respective business needs.
What has changed ?
Very little in terms of what we do and how we engage with you our small business clients for their managed website services. You might have noticed we recently rolled out a new ServiceDesk which means you can now raise Support Requests online or by emailing your initial request to Support.
So what is GorillaHub Online ?
We love working with small businesses or solopreneurs who have huge ambition to launch, establish and grow your business ideas quickly but perhaps don’t have the financial backing to do everything at once. I often use the term ‘think big, start small, move quickly’ when talking to them about the approach to implementing these plans. The vast majority of these clients simply need quick, affordable and more basic services than our well established larger / corporate businesses, which is why we have created GorillaHub Online that will enable them to engage with us fully through our My GorillaHub platform and simply purchase small business website services direct through our Store.
Our philosophy is based around 3 core concepts – Speed, Simplicity and Support. We know this is what fast-moving small businesses need the most. By focusing on the essentials we are also able to deliver managed website services at a lower cost than a traditional agency can.
In creating this new, focused, GorillaHub Online environment, it will also enable us to better focus our blog and social media content and the small business groups that thrive within them. What’s happened to GorillaHub.net?
Absolutely nothing – the website has been refreshed and repositioned to focus on better serving our agency and corporate clients, who need their website projects and management services delivered in a different way.
