Our project collaboration tool, Basecamp, has been down since last night due to ongoing network issues with their cloud provider. We think this is a first (at least in the 10 years we’ve been using it)
We’ve mitigated the impact by downloading anything needed to deliver our inflight projects and advised any customers needing to send in content to do so using email if required.
Therefore, we currently have this classified this at “minor inconvenience, have a cup of tea” level in our business continuity plan.
Hopefully normal service will resume shortly
