My Support rolling out
My Support is now ready and being rolled out to our managed website plan customers

As we’ve mentioned already, this month we were planning on rolling out the My Support feature to our managed website plan customers to easily show all their requests and the support time used and remaining.

We’re pleased to confirm this has started, albeit a week later than planned due to some last-minute adjustments.

If you have an active plan, look out for an email in the next few weeks with your details.
