Book a support session at a time to suit you

Logging a request through our ServiceDesk is the best way to solve many website problems, but sometimes a face to face meeting is best.  

Sharing a screen while you demonstrate an issue or we help with some hands-on training might be the best way to get you the result you want.

These are carried out using Zoom and during the call we will be sharing our screen as needed.  This time is allocated to your TimeBank and you can use the time for anything you like, from advice, technical support or training.

Pre-meeting checklist

So we can make the most of the time and focus on helping you out, please can you check the following before the meeting start.

✅  You have a working video calling facility
✅  You have your website open and you are logged in if needed
✅  You’ve reviewed and responded to any open items or requests in the ServiceDesk
